How do I delete my account?

  • Submit a Support Ticket using the Hookem Hard help desk, requesting that your account be deleted.
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, requesting that you confirm that you want the account to be deleted.
  • If the requester e-mail address is different from the User Account e-mail address, then you will be  asked to resend the request from the e-mail address associated with the account.
  • Upon valid confirmation, our staff member will delete the account within 2 business days and will notify you via the account e-mail address provided by you.
